What you will do

• Coordinate Canadian retirement and benefits programs with external vendors such as Sun Life, Desjardins, AON, and Telus Health.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners to optimize program delivery.
• Lead annual renewal cycles and communicate program details to employees and HR teams.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain high-quality documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) advising on the interpretation and application of benefits programs.
• Monitor program performance, audit reimbursements, and contribute to strategic continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in retirement and/or benefits program management or consulting.
• Proven experience with defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension plans.
• Knowledge of both flexible and traditional insurance plan models.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site in Quebec).

• Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
• Experience managing vendor relationships within large, complex organizations.
