What you will do
- Coordinate Canadian retirement and benefits programs with external vendors such as Sun Life, Desjardins, AON, and Telus Health.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners to optimize program delivery.
- Lead annual renewal cycles and communicate program details to employees and HR teams.
- Ensure program compliance and maintain high-quality documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) advising on the interpretation and application of benefits programs.
- Monitor program performance, audit reimbursements, and contribute to strategic continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retirement and/or benefits program management or consulting.
- Proven experience with defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension plans.
- Knowledge of both flexible and traditional insurance plan models.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site in Quebec).

- Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Experience managing vendor relationships within large, complex organizations.
- Exposure to benefits program transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in benefits programs.
