• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda regarding rights and intellectual property.

• Identify and implement improvements to internal policies, procedures, and document forms.
• Manage multiple wide-ranging matters and conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
• 2+ years of experience for Contracts Specialist or 4+ years for Sr. Contracts Specialist.
• Extensive experience in contract management, data entry, and document assembly.
• Familiarity with contracting practices in the entertainment industry and intellectual property.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management applications.
