Salary: $110,000–$155,000 Annually

What you will do

• Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines on trade compliance, VAT, cybersecurity, and government regulations like FAR/DFARS.
• Consult with legal counsel on contract-related matters and vendor deviations.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, including Long Term Supplier Agreements and Terms and Conditions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts and supplier disputes.
• Provide training to procurement and logistics personnel on contract requirements and commercial terms.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant contracts experience in a large, complex organization.
• Understanding of UCC, export licensing, imports, Incoterms, VAT, and duties.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support different time zones and travel occasionally.
