Salary: $98,000–$165,000 (based on location)

What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for .com to drive self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline.
- Design and optimize conversion-focused experiences across landing pages, pricing, and demo request flows.
- Lead experimentation and measurement strategies using Analytics and Web Experiment.
- Manage and scale the Sanity CMS platform to empower cross-functional teams to publish independently.
- Partner with web engineering to ship new capabilities and operationalize AI-native workflows.
- Analyze website-attributed pipeline data to guide investment decisions and improve GTM performance.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience owning or co-owning a corporate website or web growth program for a SaaS or tech company.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in a technical environment.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a history of running A/B tests and conversion optimization programs.
- Proficiency with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Prismic).
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Nice to have
- Background in a growth-stage startup or scaling SaaS/AI company.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows or AI product marketing.
- Experience with Analytics or Statsig.
- Prior exposure to PLG (product-led growth) motions.
