Salary: $85,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Own pipeline progression programs end-to-end to identify and resolve deal stalls.
- Design and execute customer expansion and upsell programs using product usage signals and health scores.
- Build targeted digital experiences such as virtual roundtables and executive webinars for late-funnel prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to create multi-product expansion plays.
- Run A/B tests on messaging and digital formats to build a repeatable experimentation framework.
- Use AI tools natively to accelerate personalization, program velocity, and reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, field, or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Must be based in San Diego, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of influencing pipeline velocity or expansion opportunities.
- Ability to analyze pipeline data, segment accounts, and build measurement frameworks.
- High proficiency in using AI tools to drive productivity and personalization.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth, scaling startup environments.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense.
- Experience marketing a multi-product suite with cross-product positioning.
