What you will do

  • Own pipeline progression programs end-to-end to identify and resolve deal stalls.
  • Design and execute customer expansion and upsell programs using product usage signals and health scores.
  • Build targeted digital experiences such as virtual roundtables and executive webinars for late-funnel prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to create multi-product expansion plays.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging and digital formats to build a repeatable experimentation framework.
  • Use AI tools natively to accelerate personalization, program velocity, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, field, or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Must be based in San Diego, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of influencing pipeline velocity or expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline data, segment accounts, and build measurement frameworks.
  • High proficiency in using AI tools to drive productivity and personalization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, scaling startup environments.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Experience marketing a multi-product suite with cross-product positioning.
