What you will do

• Optimize onboarding and activation flows to improve user engagement.
• Improve free-to-paid conversion rates across the customer journey.
• Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages and product interfaces.
• Collaborate with product teams on in-app messaging and growth experiments.
• Build lifecycle campaigns based on user behavior and product usage.
• Own the experimentation roadmap and provide growth reporting.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or PLG roles.
• Strong background in designing and running structured experimentation programs.
• Analytical mindset with deep comfort in data analysis.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of SaaS funnels and conversion optimization metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.
