Salary: $130,000 - 160,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain an AI-enabled growth performance operating system across Marketing, SDR, and RevOps.
• Design AI workflows, agent orchestration, and prompt systems to support campaign planning and optimization.
• Define campaign signal architecture and measurement logic for attribution and performance across paid media and lifecycle.
• Manage tracking infrastructure, including pixel validation, Meta CAPI, Google enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking.
• Develop experimentation frameworks and automated reporting dashboards to drive decision quality for Demand Gen leaders.
• Build API-connected workflows and lightweight integrations across marketing and revenue systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, marketing operations, or technical demand generation.
• Demonstrated experience building AI workflows, AI agents, or AI-enabled GTM processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with GTM intelligence tools like 6sense, Clay, Apollo, or Demandbase.
• Must be based in or be able to work from offices in Austin, TX; Irvine, CA; Bay Area, Denver, or Akron, OH
