What you will do

• Own paid strategy and execution across search, social, display, and developer-focused channels.
• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar ad budgets with full accountability for pipeline.
• Build and maintain attribution frameworks to connect marketing spend to revenue.
• Lead structured paid experimentation programs from hypothesis to iteration.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align programs with cross-functional goals.
• Monitor the advertising ecosystem to proactively adjust marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience with direct budget ownership.
• Proven track record of driving growth for B2B SaaS or developer-facing products.
• Analytical fluency with the ability to pull data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience building and running structured experimentation programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA.
