What you will do
- Support and grow a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth accounts through proactive technical guidance.
- Maintain and optimize customer technical ecosystems, including integrations and platform configuration.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain technical account-level run books documenting customer architecture and third-party integrations.
- Conduct service reviews and lead technical best practice sessions to maximize platform value.
- Manage high-severity issue escalations and ensure alignment with client priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or client consulting within SaaS or e.
- Ability to read and interpret JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Comfort with API logic (REST and GraphQL) and integration architecture.
- Strong understanding of e website optimization and marketing channel interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas.
