What you will do
- Own the post-sale lifecycle for licensed data and content partners, including technical onboarding and API integration.
- Provide hands-on technical support, including API QA and troubleshooting complex data product implementations.
- Partner with Business Development to achieve revenue targets and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Design and operationalize repeatable playbooks and reporting frameworks to scale account management.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical roadblocks and influence the product roadmap.
- Build deep relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure flawless API performance.
Requirements
- 6β8 years of experience in technical account management, specifically with SaaS and DaaS products.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong technical proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML/SSO).
- Proven background in data analytics and reporting using SQL, BI platforms like Tableau, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
