What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to progress complex enterprise opportunities and remove technical blockers.
• Lead deep technical discovery sessions with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders.
• Own identity and provisioning workflows including SSO, SCIM, and lifecycle management.
• Design and deliver tailored technical demos and proof-of-concept environments.
• Demonstrate Admin APIs and integration capabilities to fit hirify.global into enterprise tech stacks.
• Act as a technical authority during security reviews, RFPs, and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in enterprise identity and access concepts including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0.
• Proven ability to lead conversations with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders.
• Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping.
• Proficiency in explaining REST API workflows and integration patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative workflows, brand governance, or asset management at scale.
• Background in workflow automation or enterprise adoption models.
