• Develop and lead project scopes focused on proactive quality improvement and defect prevention.
• Drive quality deployment across New Product Introduction programs with rigorous risk assessment.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions across the supply chain.
• Coordinate resources across product development, manufacturing, and support teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and quality metrics to key stakeholders.
• Coach and motivate cross-functional teams to execute quality strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brooklyn Park, MN.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable results.
• Strong background in APQP, DFMEA, and New Product Introduction quality processes.
