What you will do

• Define and communicate clear product specifications to vendors for quotation and development.
• Support global sourcing by assessing factory capabilities, participating in audits, and driving corrective actions.
• Manage 25+ parallel projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Sourcing, Merchants, and overseas inspection teams.
• Develop and update test protocols to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze product complaints and customer reviews to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or Physical Science.
• 7+ years of direct experience in product development or engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and manufacturing quality control.
• Proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills for executive-level presentations and vendor coordination.
• Ability to travel frequently to manufacturing sites in China.
• Skilled in MS Office, CAD, and project management tools.
