What you will do
- Define and communicate clear product specifications to vendors for quotation and development.
- Support global sourcing by assessing factory capabilities, participating in audits, and driving corrective actions.
- Manage 25+ parallel projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Sourcing, Merchants, and overseas inspection teams.
- Develop and update test protocols to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze product complaints and customer reviews to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or Physical Science.
- 7+ years of direct experience in product development or engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and manufacturing quality control.
- Proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills for executive-level presentations and vendor coordination.
- Ability to travel frequently to manufacturing sites in China.
- Skilled in MS Office, CAD, and project management tools.
