Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Manage and execute multiple engineering projects from sourcing to close-out.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment specifications, pricing, and budget development.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests and manage project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within established budgets.
• Develop solutions to production problems and support maintenance projects.
• Create presentations and documentation for the operational team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Project).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints.
• Ability to travel to vendor locations for equipment testing and validation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
