Salary: $132,000 – $181,500 USD

What you will do

• Own the execution of the Product Legal program, tracking compliance rollouts and regulatory updates.
• Architect and optimize Jira workflows to streamline legal request routing and reduce manual overhead.
• Deploy and maintain AI-powered tools and agents to automate repetitive legal tasks and scale institutional knowledge.
• Collect and analyze operational metrics to provide leadership with visibility into ticket volumes and compliance risks.
• Transform complex legal requirements into repeatable project plans for software engineering and product teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement technical solutions to support rapid organizational growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; or Washington, D.C.
• Proven experience in program management or as a paralegal within a fast-paced technology company or law firm.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and experience building automated workflows.
• Experience with or strong desire to utilize advanced AI productivity tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior legal counsel and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical operational experience.
