What you will do

• Execute and scale AI program operations and governance frameworks.
• Lead AI risk assessments and manage the intake/classification of AI-enabled features.
• Develop playbooks and templates to empower teams to build responsibly.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders to embed governance into release plans.
• Track program metrics and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, risk, security, or compliance.
• Practical experience with AI program delivery and exposure to AI/ML/LLM technologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud/data platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate legal requirements into actionable guidance.
• Familiarity with privacy and governance tooling such as OneTrust or Transcend.
• Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA, Minneapolis, MN, or Birmingham, AL.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or AIGP.
• Technical background with experience in technology companies.
