Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Execute and scale AI program operations and governance frameworks.
- Lead AI risk assessments and manage the intake/classification of AI-enabled features.
- Develop playbooks and templates to empower teams to build responsibly.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders to embed governance into release plans.
- Track program metrics and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for technical teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, risk, security, or compliance.
- Practical experience with AI program delivery and exposure to AI/ML/LLM technologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud/data platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate legal requirements into actionable guidance.
- Familiarity with privacy and governance tooling such as OneTrust or Transcend.
- Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA, Minneapolis, MN, or Birmingham, AL.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or AIGP.
- Technical background with experience in technology companies.
