Salary: $115,600 – $185,000 USD (base salary range depending on location).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end intake, planning, and coordination of legal compliance initiatives.
• Architect and drive the adoption of AI-powered legal solutions and automation tools.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Legal team, Product Development, and Operations.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable user stories and project workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve blockers, and manage project risks.
• Maintain Jira dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability across all initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 5+ years of experience leading project planning efforts.
• Proven track record of leading technology adoption or process automation within legal or compliance environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience as a people manager or mentor.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered tools or familiarity with prompt engineering.
• PMP certification.
