What you will do

• Define and deliver the data governance roadmap for an AI-native business.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across security, legal, compliance, and data platforms.
• Implement automated governance workflows using AI plugins for control checks and evidence collection.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones for audit and regulatory commitments.
• Drive adoption of new controls through training, communication, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and balance AI speed with governance requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in TPM or delivery roles within regulated environments.
• Proven track record in security, compliance, data, or infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, data lifecycle, and ITGC.
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, legal, privacy, and security teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive delivery and automate manual processes.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML governance, feature stores, and ML platform tooling.
• Knowledge of control frameworks like SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.
• Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Prosci).
