Salary: $151,580–$180,000

What you will do
- Define and deliver the data governance roadmap for an AI-native business.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across security, legal, compliance, and data platforms.
- Implement automated governance workflows using AI plugins for control checks and evidence collection.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones for audit and regulatory commitments.
- Drive adoption of new controls through training, communication, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and balance AI speed with governance requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in TPM or delivery roles within regulated environments.
- Proven track record in security, compliance, data, or infrastructure programs.
- Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, data lifecycle, and ITGC.
- Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, legal, privacy, and security teams.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive delivery and automate manual processes.
- Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML governance, feature stores, and ML platform tooling.
- Knowledge of control frameworks like SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.
- Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- PM certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Prosci).
