Salary: $147,900 – $220,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for AI-driven modernization.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI services through compelling presentations, product demos, workshops, and hackathons.
• Engage C-level stakeholders to communicate the business value of application modernization with AI.
• Collaborate with product teams to bring market signals and customer feedback into the AWS product roadmap.
• Own reporting and planning cadences for AWS executives regarding modernization execution.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Databases, or Storage.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, or Networking).
• Proven experience selling enterprise software and influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing complex, multi-year, cross-functional initiatives and coordinating release schedules.

• Proficiency in using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.
