TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Sunnyvale, CA

Salary: $150,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Build and manage a field sales team focused on engaged accounts and existing customer growth.
  • Drive expansion, retention, and adoption across a set of customer accounts within assigned territories.
  • Exceed team revenue goals through strong inspection, coaching, and disciplined execution.
  • Scale an integrated go-to-market motion across sales, Solutions Architects, partners, product, and support teams.
  • Run operating cadences including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, 1:1s, and leadership reviews.
  • Own the talent strategy including hiring, performance management, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading sales or account teams.
  • Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
  • Experience leading teams in cloud, infrastructure, AI platform, or complex technical SaaS environments.
  • Strong operating discipline in Salesforce and account ownership governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
