Sr. AI Growth Engineer (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; preference for candidates in Seattle, Washington, or remotely on the U.S. West Coast.

Base salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Architect and build an agentic AI platform that automates end-to-end marketing workflows.
• Develop integrations with work management, marketing automation, collaboration, CMS, and digital asset management systems.
• Build orchestration infrastructure for multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, error recovery, parallel execution, and high-volume LLM calls.
• Design web interfaces including campaign dashboards, workflow builders, approval tools, and real-time pipeline views.
• Create content, design asset, analytics, evaluation, and publishing tooling for marketing teams.
• Own authentication, permissions, multi-tenancy, CI/CD, monitoring, reliability, and performance optimization while partnering with marketing and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Production experience with React or an equivalent frontend framework, LLM/AI APIs, and deployed AI-agent workflows.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, including prompt evaluations, output-quality scoring, benchmarking, and baseline testing.
• Strong systems design skills, including multi-service architectures, APIs, enterprise integrations, REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, observability, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; strong communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems, LangChain, CrewAI, Claude Code agents, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval, or RAG architectures.
• Experience supporting marketing teams, marketing operations, RevOps, campaign lifecycle systems, or journey orchestration.
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, workflow builders, low-code/no-code systems, or self-service products.
• Experience with HTML email rendering, PDF or PPTX generation, structured publishing workflows, or visual content pipelines.
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, technical leadership, open-source AI, or technical writing.
