What you will do

• Build integrations connecting AI campaign engines to marketing stack systems (e.g., Workfront, Marketo, Slack/Google Docs, CMS, digital asset management).
• Develop orchestration for multi-agent pipelines with state persistence, error recovery, and parallel execution.
• Design and build production web UIs for campaign dashboards, workflow builders, approvals, and real-time pipeline status.
• Create production tooling for template generation (HTML/email), design asset pipelines (PPTX/PDF/SVG), and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure for performance dashboards, agent quality scoring, A/B test tracking, and feedback loops back into the agent system.
• Implement auth, permissions, multi-tenancy, and own CI/CD, reliability, monitoring, and cost/performance optimization for LLM API calls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Frontend production experience building web applications with React (or equivalent) and designing interfaces for non-technical users.
• Production experience integrating and operating LLM/AI APIs at scale (e.g., Claude/GPT), including token management, rate limiting, error handling, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows that transformed real work (not only experiments).
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems (prompt evals, output quality scoring, benchmarking, testing against baselines).
• Strong systems design and integration experience (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth) plus working knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and observability (AWS preferred).
