Sr. Software Engineer (AI Security)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with up to 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location; equity and performance-based incentives may also apply.

What you will do

• Take ownership of existing features and make them enterprise-ready.
• Build GenAI and Copilot security solutions for enterprise customers.
• Develop and scale services supporting the security and governance of AI agents.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
• Contribute to platform scalability, operational processes, and customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building systems, processes, and relationships.
• Expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with large-scale services based on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced proficiency with AI coding agents, including skills and rules.
• Ownership mindset, accountability for outcomes, and ability to work in a fast-moving, venture-backed startup environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
