What you will do

• Build awareness and discoverability to make hirify.global the default way companies pay people for incentives, rewards, rebates, and contractor payments.
• Oversee demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand design to own pipeline, positioning, and market presence.
• Join the leadership team to contribute to overall business direction alongside CEO, COO, and other VPs.
• Generate opportunities across sales-led and self-serve channels, testing new audiences and growth experiments.
• Develop and scale a high-performing 17-person marketing team.
• Drive data-driven decisions, analytical rigor, and a test-driven culture with AI integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing with deep demand generation or growth marketing experience, having run a fast-paced Growth or Demand Gen team
• Experience at a growth-stage startup (50M+ revenue, 150-500 employees)
• Rigorous analytical thinking to build models, stress-test forecasts, and drive resource allocation
• Founder mentality with first-principles reasoning about the business and strategy
• Broad business acumen and excellent written communication for async, documentation-first culture
