Demand Generation Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City

Salary: $200,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for enterprise and business products.
• Architect modern, AI-driven demand engines utilizing programmatic outbound and automated workflows.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns including ABM, paid, organic, and partnerships.
• Define targeting strategies for enterprise personas such as IT leaders, developers, and executives.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to continuously optimize the marketing-to-sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain data dashboards to measure attribution and drive evidence-based decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience scaling growth channels at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Looker, Omni, Hex, or Tableau.
• Deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven outbound engines and personalization platforms.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments with high autonomy.
