Salary: $185,000–$215,000 per year.

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic finance partner to the CRO and CPO for GTM planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and refine scalable analytical frameworks like LTV/CAC and payback to guide strategy.
• Partner with GTM and CX teams to optimize resource allocation and staffing strategies.
• Prepare high-quality financial narratives for executive and Board-level reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and actionable variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and planning discipline through the adoption of AI and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives through structured storytelling.
• Proven ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers in a GTM/S&M context.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, low-ego approach to cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office on designated Anchor Days.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
• Experience with departmental headcount planning.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, or Codex.
