What you will do

• Own the quarterly and annual operating plans, including the financial model and unit-economics framework.
• Define financial and operational KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor cash flow to accelerate growth.
• Manage board materials, data rooms, and capital strategy for future fundraising processes.
• Establish and scale the finance function from the ground up, including team structure and hiring.
• Implement AI-native financial operations to automate workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience, including 6+ years in strategic finance, corporate finance, or FP&A at high-growth tech companies.
• 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital at a top-tier firm.
• Proven track record of managing the finance side of growth-stage raises (Series B to D).
• Deep fluency in SaaS and ARR metrics (NRR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, Rule of 40).
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
