Salary: $81,000 - $88,000 yearly

What you will do

• Supervise on-air cable operations and streaming events across multiple networks and distribution channels.
• Monitor and maintain satellite, fiber, terrestrial distribution, and cloud-based streams.
• Manage daily maintenance events in the NOC and ensure 99.999% on-air availability.
• Lead the execution and decision-making for high-profile live events like the Olympics and WWE.
• Coordinate daily schedules and broadcast execution with brand leaders and other internal departments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and detailed scheduling plans for live event transmission.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an on-air broadcast environment.
• Deep understanding of the television production process and broadcast operations.
• Ability to work any scheduled shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays (specifically Thu-Sun, 3 PM-12 AM EST).
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience specifically leading the execution of live television events.
• Technical expertise in cloud-based automation, digital video/audio, and real-time systems.
