What you will do

• Lead and mentor a technical engineering team providing around-the-clock support for live production environments.
• Oversee the technical performance and operational readiness of studios, control rooms, and associated broadcast systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to design and execute technical plans for multi-camera live events.
• Manage client expectations, project timelines, and resource allocation for production support.
• Partner with cybersecurity and engineering teams to implement security best practices and enterprise-wide monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting live television production environments.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of 2110 standards.
• Must be willing to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by production schedules.
