What you will do

• Coordinate the execution of complex, cross-team technology initiatives across multiple engineering, platform, and data teams.
• Build and maintain technical delivery roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility of dependencies and milestones.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependency conflicts to prevent delivery delays.
• Proactively manage risks and issues by defining mitigation strategies and maintaining structured logs.
• Act as the central coordination point between engineering, product, architecture, and operational teams.
• Optimize delivery predictability and operational efficiency through process improvements and scalable practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in software or technology environments.
• Proven track record of coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams and divisions.
• Expertise in building technical roadmaps and managing complex dependencies.
• Must be based in New Jersey, USA.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams in large Agile enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Confluence and the Aha! roadmap tool.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting platform, data, infrastructure, or shared service initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance and delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Jira.
