What you will do

• Manage concurrent client audits and team projects to ensure on‑time and on‑scope delivery.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and consultants, leading kick-offs and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SMEs across Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Compliance to gather deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy claims audit, or health tech environments.
