What you will do

• Manage counselor scheduling, time-off requests, and assignments for perpetual new hire enrollments.
• Lead urgent communications between counselors and customer employees to ensure rapid enrollment.
• Maintain and update the New Hire Dashboard to inform scheduling decisions.
• Analyze labor efficiency by monitoring scheduled, requested, and used hours.
• Collaborate with Client Experience and Operations teams to achieve success milestones.
• Provide process improvements for scheduling activities and support escalated client issues.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Current and active life and health license in their resident state.
• Three years of related group enrollment experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
