Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office (Hybrid: 4 days/week)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

What you will do
- Maintain digital and physical department files, including union grievances, contracts, and legal claims.
- Coordinate complex meetings for senior executives and manage calendar invites.
- Triage internal and external inquiries and serve as a primary point of contact for union representatives.
- Prepare and finalize legal filings, arbitration briefs, and mediation documents.
- Process legal billing, invoices, and expense reports for the team.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the use of AI to automate transactional tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative capacity.
- Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Practical fluency with AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Experience working in a high-volume executive office environment.
