TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite in Austin, Texas)
Salary: $124,578 - $135,668 per year

What you will do
- Own the B2C lifecycle journey strategy across push notifications, in-app messaging, and email.
- Manage the weekly consumer newsletter calendar, including planning, scheduling, and content coordination.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B and holdout tests to isolate incremental lift and build a learning roadmap.
- Build complex campaigns and journeys in Braze using segmentation, connected content, and behavioral triggers.
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize the app-first experience, focusing on push strategy and deep-linking.
- Track and report on key lifecycle KPIs such as conversion, retention curves, and incremental revenue.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with direct ownership of consumer journey strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in Braze, specifically building canvases, segments, and analyzing campaign data.
- Strong experience with incrementality testing, holdout groups, and statistical significance.
- Background in mobile app-centric environments with deep knowledge of the push/in-app ecosystem.
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools into workflows for personalization and scalability.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Austin, Texas.
Nice to have
- Experience within the cannabis or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Tableau or Sigma.
- Experience with AI copywriting and workflow tools.
