Salary: $128,900 - $157,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead the development of end-to-end member journeys across onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Operationalize segmentation strategies to serve diverse member needs.
• Own and refine key marketing models such as next-best-offer and attrition analysis.
• Guide integrated channel strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Partner with analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights and optimize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and deliver strategic performance reviews to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or related role.
• Demonstrated experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables.
• Exceptional written and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
