What you will do

• Develop and maintain labor and expense plans for assigned products and portfolios.
• Create reporting to track performance against capacity constraints for executive leadership up to the COO level.
• Provide visibility into total investments and identify risks and opportunities within portfolios.
• Partner with Finance and HR to support financial forecasting and long-range planning.
• Lead process improvement efforts to reduce complexity and increase efficiency in portfolio practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for capacity and asset management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience working closely with IT.
• Experience working within a product/agile operating model.
• Proficiency in financial management, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the United States (based on provided benefits and tax requirements).
