Salary: $141,800–$173,300 annually.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retail channel systems.
• Oversee branch experiences, lending solutions, and video banking systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives with maintenance and operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to align priorities and drive execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve member and employee experiences.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology or business.
• 7+ years of functional experience in product ownership, project management, or development.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain system performance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience in self-directing and formulating solutions with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience developing user stories.
• Product Owner certification.
