What you will do

• Drive the vision, OKRs, and product roadmap for the mobile app based on data, research, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Desihirify.global, Engineering, QA, and Audiology teams to execute the roadmap and maintain a groomed backlog.
• Perform quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research to extract actionable product insights.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and grooming to optimize the delivery process.
• Ensure the app maintains compliance with FDA regulations and quality systems.
• Alihirify.global product vision with external stakeholders across the hirify.global family and R&D teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mobile product management experience
• Experience developing connected products using Bluetooth or wireless technologies in consumer electronics or wearables
• Proven track record in agile product development and cross-functional leadership
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Amplitude or Segment
• Deep empathy for users and experience in hypothesis-driven app development
• Must be authorized to work in the US
