TL;DR

Location: Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States. This role is remote, but requires on-site meetings multiple times per year.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000/year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire life cycle from implementation to maintenance.
  • Define and track client-specific KPIs to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Build deep knowledge of client needs to match them with platform capabilities and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the client to internal Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
  • Generate case studies and white papers to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate on strategic goal setting to support the company's vision as a leader in medication optimization.

Requirements

  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong ability to lead projects from strategy development through execution and closure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
  • Undergraduate degree required; strong preference for healthcare or pharmacy background (e.g., pharmacist, nurse).
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for on-site meetings and client engagements.

Nice to have

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Experience with health plans.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of CMS quality measures and comprehensive medication management.
