Salary: $189,000 – $332,400

What you will do

  • Own and execute the AI strategy for Sales, including roadmap prioritization, business case development, and KPI tracking.
  • Act as an internal product manager for AI solutions, mapping workflows and translating field pain points into technical requirements.
  • Lead the Sales organization's involvement in CRM migration, ensuring data integrity and field readiness.
  • Rationalize the sales technology stack by identifying redundancies and aligning tools with the broader AI and CRM architecture.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive change management, training, and adoption for new tools and AI agents.
  • Present strategy, progress, and recommendations independently to senior and C-level leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in sales operations and driving large-scale transformations for enterprise sales organizations.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in a commercial context and managing product backlogs.
  • Functional proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise CRM architecture.
  • Proven track record of presenting to C-level leadership and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to operate at a high pace with high visibility, including availability outside standard business hours.
