What you will do

• Lead and scale the combined Technical Product Management and UX organization.
• Define the multi-quarter product strategy, business case, and roadmap for core technology platforms.
• Establish processes to translate strategy into clear product requirements for agile development.
• Partner with laboratory and technical teams to align digital experiences with complex lab workflows.
• Design AI-native data systems to support bioinformatics, data science, and clinical development.
• Champion quality-by-design and compliance in a regulated medical environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product leadership or digital product management.
• 8+ years of people leadership, including managing managers.
• Experience delivering products in a regulated medical environment.
• Demonstrated success leading agile product delivery and partnering with engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR integrations (e.g., Epic), AWS, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and specimen tracking.
• Background in designing AI-native data platforms for bioinformatics.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms while maintaining data integrity.
