What you will do
- Step into critical ownership gaps to lead major strategic initiatives and domains.
- Architect and deploy AI-powered tools to solve intractable healthcare problems, from care gap closure to operational efficiency.
- Create the structure, decision cadence, and accountability mechanisms required to make work durable.
- Drive concrete business outcomes and measurable progress rather than just coordination and reporting.
- Stabilize and scale underbuilt organizational areas by bringing order and momentum.
- Prepare and execute the long-term handoff of stabilized functions to permanent organizational structures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, or startup leadership.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven ability to move from high-level strategy to granular operating detail without losing altitude.
- Experience building structures and operating systems in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Strong credibility and ability to work effectively with senior executives, including the CEO and Chairman.
- Systems thinking approach to how incentives, decisions, and organizational design interact.
