Salary: $128,500 – $175,245

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research for initiatives spanning multiple product teams and complex problem spaces.
• Identify and execute generative and foundational research to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Influence prioritization and product trade-offs by articulating the business impact of customer needs.
• Mentor and coach researchers to strengthen the overall UX research practice and standards.
• Partner with design, product, analytics, and digital merchandising teams to ensure a unified view of customer behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate or product-led environment.
• Ecommerce experience is required.
• Deep expertise in generative and evaluative UX research methods.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex research initiatives with significant ambiguity.
• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
