What you will do

• Build and scale a mixed-methods UXR team focusing on impact over output.
• Refine research operations, including intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Connect research insights with telemetry and customer feedback (VOC) to create a unified view of the customer.
• Manage the UXR relationship with product and design leadership to reduce risk and accelerate decisions.
• Implement AI-assisted research methods to improve speed and synthesis quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research experience.
• Direct people management experience within a product organization.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral data.
• Experience shaping research programs and impacting product outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States and be compliant with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, or AI platform products.
• Knowledge of PLG environments, product adoption, or onboarding.
• Experience working closely with telemetry or product analytics teams.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in research workflows, such as AI-moderated studies.
