TL;DR
Senior UX Researcher (Medtech): Designing and implementing research across the product lifecycle to improve mental healthcare access with an accent on qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (Expectation to be in office 2–3 days per week). Candidates must be based in the Seattle metro area or be able to relocate independently within 90 days.
Salary: $150,000 - $196,880

What you will do
- Design and implement research from early-stage discovery and strategic research through iterative prototype testing and post-launch measurement.
- Collaborate with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams to define a high-impact research roadmap.
- Communicate findings and evolve insights over time to drive strategic product decisions.
- Define the role of UX Research at the company by building out processes and communication strategies to scale capabilities.
- Enable non-UXR stakeholders to conduct their own usability, prototype, and concept testing.
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in HCI, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven track record conducting UX Research within product teams.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies and their application across product phases.
- Strong facilitation, consensus building, persuasion, and presentation skills to turn insights into action.
- Experience working within cross-functional product development teams.
