What you will do

• Plan and execute qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews and usability testing.
• Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability evaluations to uncover workflows and pain points.
• Run research operations such as participant recruitment, scheduling, note-taking, and study logistics.
• Analyze qualitative data and synthesize findings into themes, reports, and presentations.
• Create structured deliverables (research summaries, insights decks, and documentation) and maintain research repositories.
• Collaborate across multiple research projects and translate insights into product and design recommendations while aligning with privacy, consent, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Market Research, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6+ years of experience in UX research, user research, or market research.
• Proven qualitative research experience, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and qualitative synthesis.
• Strong ability to analyze and clearly communicate research findings (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfort working in technical or complex product environments.
