What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain a full suite of local and cloud-based services.
• Administer and troubleshoot private cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure and software deployment processes.
• Provide support for rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Perform general system and network administration activities.
• Collaborate directly with users and technologists to meet mission requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (Vsphere).
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell).
• Experience with LDAP.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS).
• Familiarity with SIEM data normalization and ELK dashboards.
• Experience with Git.
