What you will do

• Build scalable automated solutions ensuring seamless deployments, security configurations, and efficient operational workflows.
• Own, administer, and optimize MDM platforms (Fleet DM, Intune, Workspace ONE) with OS-level scripting for self-healing and issue resolution.
• Develop telemetry data and analytics to proactively prevent end-user disruptions.
• Partner with Security, IT, and Infrastructure teams to translate compliance requirements (CMMC) into code-managed baselines.
• Create dashboards and alerts measuring end-user experience as service level objectives (SLOs).

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of at least one major MDM platform and its API.
• Practical experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening on macOS and Windows.
• Ownership mindset treating device fleet as a product with focus on automation over manual processes.

Nice to have

• Strong computer science fundamentals and systems reasoning.
• Experience building self-healing or auto-remediation platforms.
• Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Comfort with SRE culture including SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems.
