What you will do

• Support capital and funding operations, interfacing with internal and external capital partners.
• Oversee loan portfolio cash flows and develop a deep understanding of portfolio movements.
• Build and automate operational reporting, monitoring, and reconciliations to improve scalability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for funding facilities, including data validation and documentation.
• Design scalable controls, governance frameworks, and operational best practices for capital operations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for investors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, capital markets, or investment operations, preferably in Fintech or financial services.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of loan life cycles, asset-backed financing, and liquidity management.
• Must be based in Canada (visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or Python.
• Experience with workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity tools.
