What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to execute and improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health initiatives.
• Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement scalable process improvements.
• Manage programs and projects to initiate, plan, and execute initiatives that drive operational excellence.
• Communicate with solution sponsors and internal stakeholders to align priorities and track milestones.
• Develop reporting materials and presentations to communicate solution performance and strategic recommendations.
• Build scalable operational frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in healthcare, public health, or business preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmacy industry or healthcare solution delivery.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize, scope, and document complex processes effectively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving organizational environments.
