TL;DR

Senior Software Delivery Program Manager (Healthcare): Managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams to facilitate efficient product implementation and customer onboarding with an accent on strategic planning and stakeholder management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating project risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex healthcare CX solutions.

Location: Must be based in Canada or the US. Toronto-area employees are required to collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $111,500 - $139,400 CAD

What you will do

  • Create and manage end-to-end project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs for new customer implementations.
  • Act as the primary strategic liaison between customers and hirify.global's cross-functional internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure delivery of customer requirements.
  • Lead client discussions and manage expectations of key decision-makers to drive accountability.
  • Support change control processes and governance meetings to maintain project scope and timeline integrity.
  • Oversee testing initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle and act as the customer liaison for testing resources.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance implementation capacity.
  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare, consumer applications, or technology.
  • Must be based in Canada or the US.
